Kate is an urban planner and member of the RTPI with over 10 yearsʼ experience working across the public and private sectors on planning, engagement and delivery of complex urban regeneration projects, strategies and climate action programmes.

Gavin is an ARB Chartered Architect and member of the RIBA Conservation Registrant. He has considerable expertise across a multitude of sectors, scales and budgets, including commercial, residential, tourism, placemaking and heritage-led regeneration.

Clare is an ARB Chartered Architect with vast experience in both technical and design, including restoration works for historic buildings. Clare has a keen eye for detail and a passion for bridging the gap between design and delivery.

Shizza is an urban designer with an architectural background and an MSc in City Planning and Design. She has strong experience in placemaking, masterplanning, and community-led design, and has undertaken Town Health Checks across multiple towns in the Republic of Ireland.
